Q-748 Operation Merlin

Operation Merlin was a United States covert operation under the Clinton Administration to provide Iran with a flawed design for a component of a nuclear weapon ostensibly in order to delay the alleged Iranian nuclear weapons program, or to frame Iran. The operation backfired and in retrospect one must consider wither this failure was an ‘intentional accident.’ In late 2010, former CIA officer Jeffrey Alexander Sterling was indicted for allegedly being the source of some of the information in James Risen’s book, “State of War” and was convicted of espionage in January 2015. He was convicted and sentenced to 3½ years in prison.

Four years after Operation Merlin, the CIA -which is referred to by Q as Clowns In America or simply clowns- screwed up again. This SNAFU unfortunately revealed the entire Iran spy network to a double agent causing the US to ‘fly blind’ on Iran during a period in which Iran was making serious inroads in its nuclear program. This occurred under the Bush Administration early in his presidency.

This nuclear technology schematics for weaponry was later sold to North Korea for their program. So it was democrats who essentially created the nightmare scenario that has unfolded in Iran and North Korea. This technology went funneled through the CIA, Google and other bad actors to Iran and North Korea.  Billions of dollars in cash was sent by Barack Hussein Obama to the CIA puppet states of Iran & North Korea to fund Terror cells, payoffs and bribes to other operatives which Q cryptically calls T cells in his posts.The ‘Clowns’ brought nuclear technology including the miniaturization of warheads that can be transported and detonated in suitcases, making it a crowned jewel for terrorists and also long-range ICBM delivery for these rogue dictatorships and sponsors of terror. What was Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg up to meeting in Hanoi, Vietnam with Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung? She was in Vietnam August, 2015 to preside over US Ambassador to Vietnam Ted Osius homosexual wedding vow renewal, but was was the true purpose of her trip?

Why would the SCOTUS want or need further ‘cooperation’ with the Vietnamese Supreme People’s Court? Ruth Bader Ginsburg is a far left extremist by any definition and a judicial activist underming the US Constitution with her every decision. This would hardly be the person selected to represent the United States Judiciary system to a foreign government.

Q sarcastically states in his post, “I hear Hanoi is educational” meaning there is far more to this meeting than meets the eye. Could this be related to the USGAO Vietnam Education ‘Foundation?’ Is this yet another corrupt foundation like that of Hillary Rodham Clinton, John McCain and Barack Hussein Obama? Could this ‘educational exchange’ have delved into the realm of sedition or treason?

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been higly politicized in her 20 plus years on the bench but never so blatent in her condemnation and assaults on President Donald J Trump. This is unconscionable for a Supreme Court Justice and violates every tenet of jurisprudence. One can only wonder if she got caught with her hand in sedition and corruption cookie jar?

I might look at the Constitution of South Africa,” says Ginsburg, who was nominated to the Supreme Court by President Clinton in 1993. “That was a deliberate attempt to have a fundamental instrument of government that embraced basic human rights, had an independent judiciary. … It really is, I think, a great piece of work that was done. it is interesting to note than General James ‘Mad Dog’ Mattis recently returned from VietNam. Shortly thereafter Q is making several posts that focus on Ruth Bader Ginsburg. What did we learn from his visit? I’m sure the answer is impending.

Birds sing when they are protecting their nest and territory from unwelcome intruders. Its song is a ‘warning’ to other species of birds to ‘keep flying’ this tree taken. Newborn chicks chirp when hungry but this is not quite the song we are referring to.

The English vernacular has the meaning of ‘singing’ when a criminal is confronted with incarceration and is looking to bargain for a lighter sentence by ‘giving up’ names, dates, crimes and other valuable unknown information to authorities. This may be a reference to the Ruth Bader Ginsburg pic from Qdrop749. Is Hanoi Ruth singing upon threat of arrest (caged)?

In this Qdrop the words ‘United’ is used and represents the commercial non-stop flight into GITMO for bad actors worldwide engaged in corruption and predominately pedophilia and child sex-trafficking though not limited to those offenses. As stated in Q749 General Mattis recently returned from Vietnam and there may have been an exchange of intel that the US has been seeking for a long time.
