I hope my disdain for this judicial treason is shared by millions in this nation. Never has this nation witness such contempt of the American people by all branches of government. This needs to stop right now! I believe this judicial order must be ignored by the Trump administration! The judiciary has no right to usurp presidential authority to make executive decision on national security. President Trump is fully justified to slam the judicial overreach in his speech in Nashville, TN on March 15, 2017 for the scales of justice are most certainly skewered. He stated the following in Nashville:

“A judge has just blocked our executive order on travel and refugees coming into our country from certain countries. The order he blocked was a watered down version of the first order that was also blocked by another judge and should have never have been blocked to start with. This new order was tailored to the dictates of the 9th circuit that in my opinion a flawed ruling. This is the opinion of many, an unprecedented judicial overreach. The law and the Constitution give the President the power to suspend immigration when he deems, or she … it to be in the national interest of our country.”

President Trump goes on quote the statute directly that gives the President of the United States the direct power to do precisely what he is being blocked from doing by a radical, out-of-control judiciary. President Trump continues, “We’re talking about the safety of our nation the safety and security of our people… this ruling makes us look weak.” President Trump is spot-on and this nonsense must end immediately.

According to Ken Klukowski, Senior Legal Editor for Breitbart News “Judge William Conley of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin did issue a new TRO: Temporary Restraining Order against the new EO, holding that the plaintiff in that new lawsuit had a substantial likelihood of success on the merits, and would suffer irreparable harm unless the court provided immediate relief. This new lawsuit in Wisconsin concerns a man with a family member in Syria who has applied for asylum and claims that EO 13780 is thwarting that asylum request.” Many other states have joined in this legal action.

The District Court in Hawaii’s justification to stop the EO appears purely political and the other multistate lawsuits are filed because one individual may or may not be inconvenienced? The courts will now put an entire nation in peril of terrorism and Americans in jeopardy for their safety and their lives? Charges for sedition need to be filed against all the judges acting for political reasons to overthrow the government of the United States of America. Prison is indicated for simply removing them from the bench and disbarring them from the practice of law seems wholly inadequate considering the magnitude of the offense to the people of America.

To fight this out in the courts appears to be validating the illegal actions and the judicial coup d’état to overthrow America. This needs a swift and forceful resolution to prevent the occurrence for every meaningful decision of the Trump administration. I anticipate seeing lawsuits to stop the construction of the southern border wall, the defunding of planned parenthood, and just about everything President Trump does that counters the globalist agenda. Continuing actions like this will thrust this nation into an armed civil war.
